The boat ramp is a deep-water, easy-access boat ramp. Maximum length for vehicle plus trailer cannot exceed 55 feet. There are 20 parking spaces for vehicles with trailers for day parking only. Parking is first-come, first-serve.
Admission Fees are for non-Monroe County residents only.
Vehicle Fees: Admission fees for Harry Harris Park will be $15 per vehicle.
Boat Ramp Fees: In addition to the $15 vehicle fee, all vehicles with watercraft vessel trailers are subject to the following fees:
- On Monroe County non-holiday weekends, the boat ramp fees for Harry Harris Park shall be $40.
- On Monroe County holidays, which shall include the entirety of any contiguous weekend days, and the two-day annual July lobster mini-season, the boat ramp fees for Harry Harris Park will be $60.

To book an event please have the following documents completed:
- Request for Use (Please include setup time in requested times)
- Hold Harmless – must be Notarized
- Fees must be paid by check made out to “Monroe County Board of County Commissioners”
- If you event has over 250 people and is MORE than 1 DAY, you will need to apply for a Public Assembly Permit with the Planning & Environmental Resources Dept – http://www.monroecounty-fl.gov/DocumentCenter/Home/View/147
- Certificate of Liability with “Monroe County BOCC, 1100 Simonton St., Key West, FL 33040” listed as both the CERTIFICATE HOLDER and in the description section as ADDITIONALLY INSURED for the event (outdoor events only)
Clean-up and dump fees assessed based on the size of the group:
1 to 50 persons: $50
51 to 100 persons: $100
Over 100 persons: $100 flat rate, plus $1.00 per person base on available space.
More than 200 people: To be determined by the Director of Parks and Beaches
